Ground Floor. Large beamed kitchen / dining room. Fully fitted and equipped kitchen with Belfast sink, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave, washer/dryer, ceramic hob and oven. Stable door opens onto patio and gardens.
Dining area - beamed dining room area with table and chairs for 4 people, Hi-Fi System with iPod Dock. Slate floor throughout hall, kitchen/dining room.
Sitting room with wood burning stove, stripped wooden floors and two sofas. Digital TV, video and DVD. A range of books, toys, children's videos, DVDs and games.

First floor. Stripped wooden floors throughout first floor rooms. The main bedroom has a double bed plus toddler bed and the second bedroom two singles. A travel cot is available.

Lower Garden. A large fully enclosed patio and grass area with garden furniture and lawned area. A BBQ is provided.
Upper Garden. Very large terraced lawn, perfect for energetic kids...

Children
The cottage is well equipped for toddlers. There are stair gates at the bottom and top of the stairs and an enclosed garden. A highchair and bed guard are also available.
Please Note
- This is a 200 year old property and whilst the ceilings are high for a cottage, there are some low doorways!
- Prices include bed linen (except for toddler bed and cot), towels, tea towels, electricity, central heating.
- A refundable damage deposit of £50 will be charged with your booking.
- Changeover day is Friday. Arrival time is 4:00pm and departure time is 10:00am.
